I compared this formula with a few similar brands, and it just seemed a bit weaker for what it costs. It wasn't terrible or anything, and maybe it works better for someone else, but for me it didn't really stand out. I probably wouldn't order it again

I used this and my vision started getting blurry afterward. i’m tired of running into the same kind of issue again

I ordered this from refreshbrand.com because I was really hoping it would help calm the itching down, but for me it just didn’t. I followed the directions for a few days and kept waiting to feel some kind of relief, but nothing really changed.

The frustrating part is, it’s not even about that I expected some miracle overnight fix. I just wanted it to make things a little more manageable, and the itching was still there the whole time, maybe even felt more noticeable because I was thinking about it so much.
Shipping was fine and I don’t have a big complaint there, but the actual product didn’t do what I needed it to do. Maybe it works differently for other people, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

I went to Refresh Brand because I saw a coupon and figured I’d give it a shot, but it either seemed expired or just wouldn’t apply at checkout. I tried a couple of different codes, and none of them worked for my order.

I end up putting in more drops not long after because my eyes feel dry again. For the price, that’s frustrating. it kind of feels like nobody read what people actually need from a moisture product. I was specifically looking for preservative-free eye drops, and of course I realized at the worst possible time that these weren’t going to work for me. My eyes just felt irritated after using them, which was really frustrating when I needed relief right then. Definitely won’t be buying these again.

My box showed up crushed, and the product was just loose inside, lol. It didn’t really feel protected at all and looked like it was packed in a hurry. Kind of disappointing for a first order.
